The Zojirushi BB-CEC20 Supreme Bread Maker generally got passing marks from those that we’re able to own it. The first thing that must be mentioned is that this bread maker doesn’t come cheap. But to those that are able to buy it say that it is well worth the price. The strongest point of this machine is the consistency it cooks food. It cooks properly and consistently, that even someone who’s just new to cooking can create excellent bread. The different preset functions, which include 3 crust shades and 10 preprogrammed settings, work wonderfully, and cooks bread properly, provided that you input the proper program of course. Also, one advantage that this bread maker has is that preheating is not required anymore. Lastly, this machine is a quiet operator.

If there is a negative for this bread maker is that it is very similar to one bread maker that Zojirushi has previously produced (and now phased out), the BB-CEX20. This is not surprising, as the BB-CEC20 is essentially an updated version of the BB-CEX20. But to those that expect something newer, this could come as a disappointment.
