Posture and back pain tend to walk hand in hand. Last year about two point eight million people missed work through an issue with their back. What are the most common issues that people have with their backs to cause such pain and create such an issue?
- Muscle strain or torn ligaments. These are the most common as they are the easiest to do. - A lumbar herniated disc, or slipped disk as it is more commonly known, is a very painful condition that requires considerable treatment.
