One of the many interesting developments to come out of the global pandemic lockdowns was the rediscovery of our kitchens. With the sudden loss of takeouts and dining we suddenly found ourselves dusting off the cook books we’d had for Christmas and started to take note of the many cookery programmes on tv channels. The other influence was the Great British Bake off and the sense of achievement that baking can bring. However, to do all of this we soon came to realise that to be able to manage all of these things we needed to have decent kitchens.

Take a look at your kitchen. Is it fit for purpose? The first thing that you need to do is work on the focal point. This is two fold, the oven and the sink. You need plenty of work spaces around the oven to make sure that you have enough for prep. The nearer that you are to the oven and stove is critical. It’s why saving space with Integrated Tumble Dryers, like those from https://www.wellingtonshomeelectrical.co.uk/laundry/tumble-dryers/integrated.html can prove to be vital. They also add to the aesthetic of the kitchen and make it look nice.

If you are looking for a big baking experience then a large aga oven might be the best bet for you. This has multiple ovens and stove units to cook up a real feast. If you are pushed for space then a stacked unit might be a better option.
