After each use, it is always advisable to remove the dirt that has accumulated on the shoe throughout the day, using a soft cloth.

In addition, as with your own skin, the leather of your footwear needs nutrition to look its best and stay soft, so the regular application of cream or wax will be essential for our purposes.

The use of stockings and socks is also important for the proper maintenance of leather footwear. Wearing socks will prevent the shoe from absorbing moisture from the feet, causing bad odors and wear on the inside.

  • Once our leather boots are free of dirt and completely dry, it is time to nourish the skin. For what we will use cream (bitumen) or oil for leather shoes, applying with the help of a cloth or brush, a small amount evenly over the entire surface, and let the product sit for a few minutes.
  • Finally, use a clean, dry cloth to polish and polish your boots, using gentle circular motions.
